Land Allocation Conditions of the Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone 

1) After the allocation of the land, the preliminary contract is signed within 1 week by taking the 10% of the land sale amount. 

As from the date of preliminary contract; the collection is done as following; 

15 % within 31 days
 

within 45 days after the date of preliminary contract, the amount of balance will be paid (%5 discount will be applied)
